With the return of manufacturing to the US, there is a high demand for graduates of mechanical and manufacturing engineering technology, especially in our tri-county area. The combination of classroom education and onsite technological training in industry has culminated in the success of our students in all industries including aerospace, automotive, energy, water, medical, transportation and food among others. Many of our graduates continue to M.S. and PhD degrees furthering their careers in management and academia.

I did research and joined some projects, it helps to reenforce what I learn from class. At the same time, during the process of working on those projects helped me find an aera that I like and for my future career. I think communication and critical thinking are really important skills for whatever you are doing. I learned and improved a lot of my CAD skill by participate BAJA SAE project, it helps for my future career as a design engineer.
