Jobs and Employment
Those who work here at NKU say there's an energy, something almost indescribable, flowing through campus. You can see it in the smiles of the students and faculty. You can feel it when walking through a classroom or cafeteria. It's a kind of spirit that ignites creativity and nurtures those on campus to do their best. It's what NKU is all about. We want you to share in that feeling.
In support of NKU's mission, the Office of Human Resources provides programs and services to recruit, reward and retain excellence in staffing. Human Resources provides leadership in the development and administration of policies and procedures that meet the needs of prospective employees, current employees and retirees of the university and adhere to government regulations and professional and ethical standards.
Staff and Students
All applicants - including students - must apply for NKU staff positions by completing an online application and submitting the application electronically. Resumes and cover letters may be attached in either Microsoft Word or a PDF Format.
NKU is committed to recruiting and retaining faculty members who have both the interest and ability to work across the full breadth of the university's teaching, research and public engagement mission. Faculty positions are not filled through the Office of Human Resources but interested candidates should apply directly to the various departments.
