Adjoining the A.D. Albright Health Center is the 1,800 seat Regents Hall, home of the Norse women's and men's basketball teams, as well as women's volleyball. Regents Hall, the second facility completed on the Highland Heights campus, contains 28,726 gross square feet. This facility won national recognition as a coordinated structure by The American Consulting Engineers Council in 1973.

Regent Hall offers a multitude of recreational events to students, such as white water rafting, rock climbing and skydiving. It also features a free-weight gym, cardio center, swimming pool, sauna, basketball and racquetball courts, a running track sixteen intramural sports and fitness classes every day of the week.All NKU students have free access to the gym with their All-Card.

Home to nursing, physical education, radiological technology and respiratory care classes, Regents Hall was the host to President Bush in the summer of 2006.
