Spring into Service is an annual community service project that brings NKU students, faculty,
staff and community members together to work on necessary improvements in Highland Heights.
This year, Spring into Service will be on Saturday, April 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Volunteer opportunities include highway cleanup, home improvements and planting crops. Participants will enjoy free lunch, games and raffles when they return to NKU at noon.
The campus organization that volunteers the largest percentage of its members will earn $50 for the philanthropy of its choice. There will be a Black Group for organizations with 40 members or less and a Gold Group for organizations with 41 members or more.
Volunteers will meet at 8:30 a.m. on April 13 on the first floor of the Student Union and depart at
9 a.m. for their service assignments.
