NKU One Stop Phone Center:
Telephone calls made to the Office of Admissions, Office of the Registrar, Office of Student Financial Assistance or the Office of the Bursar are automatically directed to the One-Stop Phone Center. This department is the first point of contact by telephone intended for prospective students, current students, parents and the public to get answers and receive assistance without calling multiple offices. The One-Stop Phone Center is staffed by current professional and support staff from these participating offices:

Responsible to provide assistance to prospective undergraduate students about the enrollment process.

Office of the Registrar:

Responsible for producing transcripts, certifying students for graduation, developing the schedule for classes, room scheduling, academic calendars, veteran’s support, and various other student services.

Office of Student Financial Assistance:

Handles financial assistance and provides scholarship information to help pay for college tuition, fees and materials.

Office of the Bursar:
