Exhibitors have the advantage of face-to-face interaction with consumers and fans and other event participants on the exhibit hall floor. Here, vendors and other members of the community host creative interactions. This page will provide you with all the details for being a Booth Exhibitor at our annual convention. Businesses, non-profits and independent contractors may apply to exhibit in the Duke Energy & Convention Center. Please complete the booth application form for the next Expo with the requested booth size. After we have checked your application, we will let you know if space is available. In case you have any questions or difficulties filling out the form please call us at 1-888-939-4606.
After registering for an exhibitor booth, an invoice will be sent to you via e-mail. All payments are due no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
Exhibitors are invited to set up booths on the Tuesday and Wednesday before the event from 7:15–8:30 am. On arrival, please visit the Registration Booth to receive your registration packet and booth location. Please note that exhibits open the first day promptly at 8:30 am.
Exhibitors may apply for a maximum of 2 complimentary meeting rooms for events up to a maximum of 3 hours each for 1 to 100 attendees. Additional fees will apply after your 2nd meeting and/or the duration is longer than 3 hours or more than 100 attendees.
The convention is being advertised on all social media channels, regional television and radio programming, and in neighborhoods throughout the region. Booth Exhibitors have the opportunity to include promotional items in the registration bags provided to each guest. Materials must be received by April 10. We anticipate thousands of attendees.
Your employees will be provided with an area of small rooms for private call needs. We also provide a kitchen area where your staff can store and prepare their own meals in lockable lockers. This room includes a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and other small appliances for quick breaks. An IT room is also available to exhibitor teams that is equipped with printers and support staff.
