The Team

Nadia Gerald

Nadia grew up in Memphis, TN and still loves to visit her hometown (mainly for a good BBQ sandwhich and slaw). She married Rob and they decided to move here to raise their family. After years of helping her in-laws at the shops, they bought the business in 2015. To this day, she still loves to work alongside her partner, even when they play their music too loud.

Lua Harrison

Lua grew up in the family business. Her father, kicked things off in 1960 out of his first shop. For a period of time her family lived in Tampa, FL where she met her husband. Lua loves her family and is proud that the business keeps them all together doing the work that her father started. She enjoys dipping donuts while singing and dancing to her music.

Josh Bairstow

Josh can remember sleeping on flour sacks as a child. He's been helping make food since he was a young boy and learned the techniques from his parents and grandpa. He has grown the business and has been proud to carry on his family legacy. He opened the shop with his wife, Rachel, in September 2017. Like his parents, he has grown accoustomed to working alongside her everyday.

Rachel Simmons

Rachel grew up in Cincinnati and never spent a day in her life baking until she met her husband, Matt. In early 2015, Rachel started doing all of the branding and marketing for us. Rachel was able to quit her corporate job to pursue her dreams. After opening in 2017 she took on many hats in the business. She enjoys working in the family business and helping grow the brand.
