2. Look at the integrand on the right-hand side of Green's theorem, p. 1102. Where have you seen it before?

3. Describe the convention of positive orientation.

4. Green's theorem can be used in ``either direction'': one hopes that one side of the equation is easier than the other, and then uses that. Find one example of each: where the left was easier to evaluate, and where the right was easier.
