Points format

You have your choice of 8 molecule types: c, h, n, o, p, s, hn, and anything else. (This gives you 8 colors for your points.) Here's a snippet of a data file (cube.dat), to give you the idea:

#c: charcoal
#h: pale white
#n: blue
#o: red
#p: another lighter blue
#s: yellow
#hn: maybe green?
#na: neutral?

h 1 0 0
n 1 1 0
o 0 1 0
p 0 0 1
s 1 0 1
hn 1 1 1
na 0 1 1

(notice that the # indicates a comment).
