Multimedia performance group Froghole? responds to Northern Kentucky University's brutalist architecture through intimate examinations of space through sound, performance, and video.

  • What: “Cemento Mori” by Froghole?
  • When: Oct. 8, 6:30-8 p.m.
  • Where: Outdoors on NKU's campus starting at Oakley and Eva Farris Amphitheatre, moving to Donald Judd sculpture, ending at Corbett Amphitheatre
  • Note: Event will take place outdoors. Social distancing and masks required.

A three-act performance, "Cemento Mori" will explore three different outdoor sites on NKU's campus. Each act corresponds with a location near the School of the Arts building. Audio, visual, and physically performative elements combined with constructed instruments will result in immersive, resonant, and spontaneous soundscapes aimed to make viewers reconsider the environment the performance takes place in.

Froghole? is a Cincinnati-based band and artist collective interested in non-traditional ways of making art that are centered on multimedia and performance art practices.
