Karana Lingaesh Huresh Kumar, Haile Ambassador

Haile Ambassador: Karana Lingaesh Suresh Kumar

"My goal is not to be beyond anyone else, but to be beyond who I used to be." This still holds true for me.

As it was rightly said, "You will be more comfortable when you step out of your comfort zone." That's what being a Haile Ambassador is all about! It means being a friendly face and spreading the word about how excellent our college is. This involves getting to know a lot of cool people, participating in fun activities like workshops and recruitment events, and showcasing the great things our college does. This role not only drives me to learn a lot from our college but also allows me to expand my network and nurture meaningful relationships.

If you are considering becoming a Haile Ambassador, be open to this opportunity. People here will never judge you; "You be You" is the most important thing. This experience will become a cherished memory when you look back on your college journey. It unlocks the doors to your potential, helps you discover your true self, and allows you to make awesome friends!

Nisha Bharathi Mariappan, Haile Ambassador

Haile Ambassador: Nisha Bharathi Mariappan

Haile Ambassadors are famous for pushing individuals outside of their comfort zones. Since this is my first time traveling outside of my parents' protective bubble. Connecting with individuals is proving to be challenging for me.So I learned that a pathway is being provided for it by Haile Ambassadors. Through Haile Ambassadors, I hope to expand my social circle and take on new responsibilities. Additionally, I believed that doing this would boost my self-esteem and bring out the best in me, which would be beneficial for my future professional endeavors.

I can only realize my dream of starting my own business if I have these three qualities: leadership, critical thinking, and teamwork. In addition to assisting me in achieving a wonderful career, honing these three traits will improve me as a person. However, in this industrial digital era, it is also crucial to have a basic understanding of digital technology and be multilingual. I am confident that I will be able to develop all of these skills through Haile Ambassadors.

The things that I am currently terrified of are commitments. I shouldn't be reluctant to commit as a potential business owner. Being a part of Haile Ambassador will help me find a way to fulfill that commitment in addition to giving me job responsibilities. I could make risky judgments and become closer to my success goal if I kept practicing.

Sruthi Blaji, Haile Ambassador

Haile Ambassador: Sruthi Balaji

I joined haile ambassador, as it would be an opportunity for me to engage in various events, get to know different people. I also think working as a student ambassador would be a good way to stay connected to the community, adding to this volunteering as a student ambassador would give me the chance to give back to the community here at our school and to others outside of our campus. Student ambassadors also bring a different perspective to outside visits and meetings with new or prospective students. I would like to develop my critical thinking, leadership, and career management skills. By strengtheningthese skills I would take better decision during critical times, improve my adaptability to change and more persuasive communication, as critical thinkers can articulate their thoughts effectively. As an ambassador, I want to bring a unique perspective to the role and provide suggestions to help make the school a better place for everyone .
Sangamithra Balakrishnan, Haile Ambassador

Haile Ambassador: Sangamithra Balakrishnan

A quotation written by Robert Frost: “Two roads diverged in a wood and I took the one less travelled by and that has made all the difference”, have always fascinated me.

Being a Haile Ambassador means a lot to me, not just academically but also in terms of my personal and professional growth. It's like opening a door to a world of opportunities where I can connect with professionals, faculty members, and alumni who can guide me through internships, mentorship, and potential career paths in the business field. As I take on leadership roles within the program, I'm excited to develop my organizational and problem-solving skills. Plus, the chance to speak in public and represent Haile college at events will help me become a more effective communicator—  skill that's invaluable in the business world.

As a Haile Ambassador, I’m expecting to develop Leadership skills, Teamwork and Critical thinking and I think that this a great platform to flourish myself into a better and a successful person.

This place is all about making new friends who share their passion, learning skills that will serve me well in any path I choose, and knowing that you're leaving a positive mark on the world. Plus, it's a great conversation starter on your resume that shows you're not just about a job but about making a difference in the future.

Haile ambassador is more than just a title; it's a mark of my dedication to my field, my ability to lead, and my commitment to excel in everything I do, and I'm eager to embrace this opportunity.

Keerthivasan Balakrishnan, Haile Ambassador

Haile Ambassador: Keerthivasan Balakrishnan

I joined Haile Ambassadors because I saw a chance to be a part of something special.
It's about connecting with people - fellow students, professors, and professionals - and making a real difference in our academic community. I genuinely care about education and believe in the power of collaboration and growth. Being a Haile Ambassador lets me share that passion, support others in their academic journey, and be a voice for the values and initiatives that matter to me at the NKU Haile College of Business. It's an opportunity for personal growth and a way to give back.

During my journey as a Haile Ambassador, I'm genuinely excited about growing in so many ways. First off, I'm eager to become a better communicator - someone who can connect with all sorts of people and express ideas clearly and effectively. I'm also looking forward to having meaningful conversations that broaden my perspectives and understanding.

Working closely with other Ambassadors will be an opportunity to refine my skills in leadership and teamwork, learning how to guide and collaborate effectively. Managing my time and tasks efficiently is another area I'll be focusing on - a skill that's bound to come in handy both in my personal life and future career.

Building connections with fellow students, faculty, and professionals is something I'm eager to do. Not only will it help me grow my network, but it'll also teach me valuable relationship-building skills. And let's not forget about the event planning aspect - organizing gatherings, conferences, or outreach programs is not only exciting but will provide me with experiences that showcase my attention to detail and knack for bringing people together.

All these skills I'm aiming to develop are not just for the moment - they're building blocks for a promising future, no matter where life takes me.

Being a Haile Ambassador is like stepping into a world where I get to plant seeds ofpersonal growth and watch them bloom into a beautiful garden. It's a chance to sharpen my skills in understanding people, much like knowing when to offer a comforting hug or a reassuring smile. Just as in life, where we learn to read between the lines, as an Ambassador, I'll learn to decode social cues and understand unspoken feelings, an art that's as timeless as a genuine conversation over coffee. Moreover, being part of this unique group is like having a family of mentors and friends who've got your back - something we all cherish in our journey through the twists and turns of life. It's like having a reliable map and a compass as I navigate the exciting adventures that the future holds, all while cherishing the friendships and learning experiences
along the way.
