Pathway guides are advising tools designed to help community college students plan for transferring to NKU to complete their baccalaureate degree. Pathway guides include all of the following:
A student who completes all the courses listed on a particular pathway guide will earn an Associate degree from a KCTCS institution. The student is guaranteed that all the KCTCS courses indicated in the pathway will be accepted at NKU and that the courses will count toward completion of a particular major. If a KCTCS student transfers to another college, he or she is not guaranteed that all courses will transfer.

If you are not yet enrolled at a KCTCS institution, apply for admission to KCTCS and enroll in an Associate degree plan.
The KCTCS2NKU program has a simple application. Please read the instructions on applying first. Once you are admitted to a KCTCS institution, fill out the KCTCS2NKU application. Your application will be reviewed for eligibility by KCTCS, forwarded to NKU, and reviewed for eligibility by NKU. You will be notified of the status by either KCTCS or NKU.
Note: You will need to maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA throughout the program.
