This new 297 bed building will be primarily suite style living with 2-bedroom suites, a large, open common living area and cozy living spaces.

Ideal for students getting acquainted with the NKU community, Commonwealth Hall is located in the heart of the residential core of campus.
A traditional residential experience, Kentucky Hall offers a great sense of community for building strong friendships that will last a lifetime.
An apartment-style hall, Norse Hall is the ideal location for semi-independent living complemented by a close-knit community.
Located in the East Residential Village, Northern Terrace featuring quad style living with two full bathrooms per room.
This residence features two-bedroom and four-bedroom suites and is a great place for students transitioning from traditional living to more independent living.
