1) Business Acumen Enhanced by Project Management Skills:
  • Apply a structured methodology to manage projects in different fields.Break down projects into their main components/areas and develop comprehensive management plans.
  • Identify and analyze project risks, formulating appropriate response plans.
  • Develop a strategic approach for identifying project stakeholders and engaging them.
  • Demonstrate proficient communication skills, ensuring clarity, coherence, and understanding among team members and stakeholders.
2) Project Management Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Ethics:
  • Lead authentically and with integrity, aligning with project objectives and diverse stakeholders, including Project Sponsors, team members, and others.
  • Employ effective emotional management strategies to enhance leadership and maintain a positive project environment.Deliver constructive, useful, and motivational feedback to team members and stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement and positive dynamics within the project context.
