 NKU Hosts Kentucky Gubernatorial Debate 

KY Governor's Debate

October 24, 2019— Northern Kentucky University and partners WLWT-TV, NKY Regional Chamber, St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Duke Energy host the Kentucky Gubernatorial Debate on Oct. 29 in NKU’s Student Union. WLWT will televise the debate live between Incumbent Gov. Matt Bevin and Attorney General Andy Beshear from 7-8 p.m. on WLWT-TV and

WLWT Anchor and NKU Alumna Sheree Paolello, ’96, serves as the debate moderator. Free tickets for the debate will be distributed on a first come, first served basis when doors open at 5 p.m. Once all the Student Union Ballroom tickets have been distributed, guests will be directed to overflow spaces on campus to view the live debate broadcast. Attendees are asked to take their seats by 6:30 p.m. Complimentary parking is available in the Kenton Avenue Garage.
