Archbold Biological Station was a great next stop.  Mark Deyrup (entomologist at the station) was a fantastic host and guide for our short stay.  The facilities here were really impressive and the station was buzzing with all the ongoing research.  Conditions were very dry, but with the healthy lake nearby we found a wide diversity of insects prospering in the drought.  We had some of our most diverse collecting during our short stay here.  Climbing the fire tower was a bit scary, but it offered a wonderful view of the surrounding area.
