This "slide-show" presents the data in quarterly "time-slices", by town. Beginning from a single case in the southwest of Connecticut in March, 1991, we see the outbreak sweep across the face of the state, from west to east.

In these images, the size of the dot represents the number of cases. By the end of 1996 we see the endemic phase, in which the points appear sporadically and without apparent pattern over Connecticut.
