Day 5 in math modeling

  1. Assignment #5: Read 2.1 and 2.2. Continue working your choice of either Project 1.6 or 1.7, pp. 43-45.

    Problem notebooks due on 1/31, with all assignments up to and including your results for Project 1.2 or 1.3.

    Your solution to Project 1.6 or 1.7 will be due on February 7th. This is something that you may work on with another student in the class, as a team.

  2. Discuss homework issues (e.g. Exercise #4).

  3. Download Day4.nb (or use your own version), and finish your study of the logistic from last class.

  4. Work on projects 1.2 or 1.3, using Mathematica and/or Stella.
