Projects for MAT115

This page will include tips for your projects (feel free to send me others).

As I emphasize in class, you want your poster to be attractive. Think flowers and bees!
It should also be informative, however, so make sure that you do the research. I will be providing strict guidelines soon, but in particular you will want to use a variety of resources, including some that do not appear on the web.
Remember interlibrary loan: even if we don't have the article or book in our library, you can borrow it from other libraries via interlibrary loan.
Whatever you do, don't plagiarize!
Your paper will be typed, five to ten pages in length, double spaced, and will include a list of at least three references, one of which must be non-internet. Internet resources should only be used as primary references if they are of known good quality: pages posted by individuals without credentials are not to be used without strong qualification.
