- 18. 50 = 34+13+3; take 3
- 19. 100 = 89+8+3; take 3
- 20. 500 = 377+89+34; take 34
- 21. 15 = 2+13=2+4+9=2+4+(8+1); take 1
- 22. Start with 50 sticks; after removing 3, 5, 8, and 10 sticks, you're looking at 24; 24=21+3; take 3 sticks.
- 23. Start with 90 sticks; after removing 1, 2, 3, 6, 2, 1, 2, 4, 1, 2, you're looking at 66; 66=55+8+3; take 3.
