- Definition of a limit
- Limit definition of a derivative
- Classes of functions
- Be able to
- use the definitions to derive things
(e.g. derivative functions).
- Use data in tables to approximate instantaneous
rates of change with average rates of change
- Apply calculus!
- Read 3.6 for Tuesday (we'll hit 3.5 and begin 3.6 after the exam)
