MAT229 Class Agreement

I understand the syllabus, and know
- how my grade will be determined,
- that I am expected to read the textbook, and
- that I am expected to do the assigned homework.
In addition, I understand that no use of electronics (other than calculators) is permitted in class (without my permission, a doctor's orders, or other exceptional reason).
If I should choose to use another electronic device (intentionally or not -- e.g. text someone, or receive a call on a cell phone) without permission, then I will be excused from class immediately, and I will not be allowed to return to class that day.
