Announcements:
- Your fractal assignment is returned.
  - For the three problems that were on the sheet:
    - First of all, answer all questions! Many of you only do a part of a problem, ignoring instructions.
    - For the first, a stick becomes four sticks. Each time, the number of sticks increases by a factor of 4.
      Fractals are not infinite in length just because an infinite number of things are done to them. Example: Cantor's middle thirds....
    - For the second, a white square becomes four smaller white squares.
    - For the third, a dark square becomes four more dark squares.
      And the stick becomes 7 (or 8, depending on how you count).
  - When making your own fractal, you must show both
    - the initiator (the object to which the process is applied), and
    - the generator (which is essentially the rule).
- Our final is Thursday of next week, at 1:00. Be here!
- Logistics for the final:
  - The final is cumulative.
  - You may have three kinds of cheat sheets:
    - your platonic solid models, and
    - the skeleton of the icosahedron (made out of 4x6 cards).
    - A mobius cheat sheet (made from one 8.5x11 (inches!) sheet.
  - You have old material, which was covered on the first two tests, as well as new material (fractals and infinity). You should review your tests and the keys which are on-line. There will be some similarity (maybe much similarity!).
  - To make the final more interesting, if your final is better than your lower of the two hourly exams, I'll replace the lower grade with the higher final grade.
