General Temperature Model for Togo

We need to create a model for Max and Min temperatures for all of Togo, based on information in 10 cities' time series. In addition, we need to see if there's any evidence for changes in rainfall.
We need to implement any models in both R and Mathematica.
Perhaps we could begin by having a look over the individual temperature models, and then agree on an average model (by city); add in latitude, longitude, and see what we come up with!
We have additional information to include:
- latitude/longitude
- elevation
Ideally we'll end with a model that looks like \[ MaxTemp(time,longitude,latitude,elevation) \] and \[ MinTemp(time,longitude,latitude,elevation) \]
and we'll be able to make maps of MaxTemp and MinTemp for all of Togo throughout the "data period", as well as make predictions for Togo's future.
In the end (perhaps as it evolves) the modeling group will be sharing the model, so that we can continually evaluate it city-by-city.
