The C:M&A textbook and associated files and online activities are in development under National Science Foundation Grant No. 0231083 to the Mathematical Association of America (MAA). If and when MAA chooses the publish these materials, they will no longer be available without charge from this public site. In the meantime, we are eager to have teachers and students use these materials freely and provide feedback on their experiences, good or bad. Such educational use is explicitly permitted in the conditions below.
No document or portion of a document on the C:M&A site may be reproduced
