I found that in the time span that Dana and I went to the
voting polls in Wilder Kentucky from eleven to eleven thirty in the morning
there weren’t too many voters. There was a very diverse group of voters there
while we were there for our thirty minutes.
I found that there were a few young people who had no
problem with answering our poll anonymously and answered and went on with their
day. There were also a few middle aged men who had no problem telling us who
they had voted for because they were that confident in their voting. Even one
man helped the time pass by after we told him it was anonymous he said
“Oh
okay! So you won’t know I voted for Rand Paul!” then left us with a big grin on
his face. I found that the elderly people were the ones who were either
hesitant to participate in our poll or didn’t participate at all. We had all
together nineteen voters who we saw during this time span. Twelve voted for
Rand Paul, three voted for Jack Conway and four elderly people told us thanks
it was an awesome idea but no thank you.
In conclusion I would predict from just thirty minutes of
standing outside and only seeing nineteen people and fifteen participate that
Rand Paul will be the winner of the election.
