Mon1/9 Welcome/Intro To do for next time:

  1. print off Packet01-NormalDistributions.pdf and bring it to class. We'll be filling it out as we go along on Wednesday.
  2. Get your subscription to statcrunch (from a bookstore, or from the website).
  3. Registering for IMath:

    • In a browser, go to imath.nku.edu
    • In the log-in box on the right side of the screen, click Register as a new student.
    • Enter a username, password, name, and email address.
    • In the Course ID box, enter 367.
    • In the Enrollment Key box, enter 205s19
    • Click Sign Up.

  4. Your first homework on IMath:

    • By the end of next class you'll be able to do the first four (at least) of the problems on your first homework set.
    • By next Tuesday, you should be able to finish it.
    • It's due next Friday (not this Friday).

Wed1/11 The Normal Distribution Packet 1: Your IMath assignment is due next Friday.
Mon1/16 MLK Day  
Wed1/18 The Normal Distribution Quiz 1 today.

  • Your first IMath assignment is due this Friday.
  • Please watch the Video referenced in Packet 1 (after attempting that problem yourself).

You have a new Homework assignment on IMath. By the end of the day, you should have the tools you need to be able to finish it. We'll make it due this coming Tuesday.
