- Pre-history: Brain-storms (my dad and I)
- Small grants (NKU, CINSAM), two physics freshmen, and some wild
technologies:
- Senior technology students, and stepper motors (4x4 pin grid)
- Michael (home-schooled junior in HS, met in multivariate calc):
- father Dan Glier (President of Glier's Goetta)
- stepper motors, mechanics, and electronics: 27x27 pin grid
- love, patience, care, devotion, hard work, guts, and brains
- but, after a year and a half, it didn't work... and Michael headed
off to Texas A&M.
- Ken Townsley, computer scientist (met in discrete math) and inventor:
- Ken saw the world's most expensive coffee table, and said "It's beautiful;
I can make it work."
- love, skill, and brains
