    This is a Polygon coverage in the format of Shapfile from Luc Anselin
(1989) on crime in Columbus County, Ohio. The data serves to illustrate the
spatial econometric models in Spatial Econometrics (Anselin 1989). The coverage
has a total of 49 observations for contiguous Planning Neighborhoods in
Columbus County. The associated variables include: X and Y coordinates of
polygon-ids, crime (CRIME) represented by the residential burglaries and
vehicle thefts per thousand household, house values (HOUSE), and incomes (INC).
