Focused Clustering in space
Focused tests hypothesize that risk decreases as distance increases
from the focal point.
Are your data
Notes: Disease frequencies are in the form numerator/denominator, where
numerator is the
number of cases and the denominator is the size of the population at risk.
You may need to provide geography data describing how near the areas
(e.g. counties) are to one another. Case locations are geographic locations
such as place of residence.
