Time clustering

Are you searching for (choose one)
  1. Clustering in a single time series?

Notes: Select this when your data are a single time series, such as the number of bone fractures per month in an infirmary over 1 year. You may have multiple time series but be interested in examining each time series separately for time clustering.

  2. Clustering in several time series simultaneously?

Notes: Select this when you have multiple time series, such as number of leukemia cases by county per month, AND you wish to determine whether the time series cluster simultaneously. This means you suspect the same disease process is affecting the time series in the same way.
