Gravy
Now for some of Mom's (Gladys's daughter's) Gravy
Necessities:
- 1 pound of sausage
- 1/2 cup flour
- milk
- Cook the sausage.
- Pour off the grease.
- Blend the flour into the sausage until it disappears
- Cover the sausage with milk, turn the heat up high, and start stirring!
- When the milk starts to boil, turn down the heat and keep stirring.
- As the gravy gets too thick, add a little more milk until you achieve
the consistency you want (all the while STIRRING!).
