SCSI disk devices have entries in /dev/dsk and /dev/rdsk of the form:
dks<controller-#>d<drive-#.>{s<partition-#>|vh|vol}
where vh represents the volume header (partition 8) and vol (partition 10) is the entire drive, e.g.:
