Salmon Sauce

Amounts are all estimates (you know I never measure). I simply mix to
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard (or yellow)
- 1-2 Tablespoon honey (or equivalent stevia/agave/sugar)
- 1/2 t garlic
- 1/2 t dried Dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste.
I used to season the fish with salt, pepper, garlic and dill, but lately I have
simply made extra sauce and basted the fish with before cooking (grilling or
baking).
