Country Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- 6 ounces cooked bacon
- 1 package (32 oz) tater tots, thawed
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Steps:
- Spray 9x13 pan and press the thawed tater tots on the bottom of the pan.
- Punch 12 holes on the potatoes. Take out your aggressions....
- One at a time break the eggs into the holes.
- Arrange the bacon on top of the potatoes and eggs.
- Sprinkle the eggs with the salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook (oven 350 degrees, about 35 minutes) until the eggs are
set.
- Arrange the top with the tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and with the
parsley, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Eat. Don't forget this step; it's very important!
