Chicken a la Chou

You'll need: Combine chicken and seasoned salt; mix well. Heat oil and fry the chicken and the boullion until the meat is done. Stir in the tomato paste and red hot peper, stirring frequently until it thickens; add onion and the green or red pepper, and let cook for 5 minutes. Add the water and let boil 20 minutes; add the cabbage and let it cook another 25 minutes.

Cook the rice, then serve the sauce over the rice.
