Crunchy cole slaw
Ingredients:
- 1 pound broccoli slaw
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup slivered almonds (sauteed in pan with a little butter)
- 2 cups carrots, peeled and pared in strips
- 2 packages ramen noodles (don't cook! otherwise it will be "soggy cole slaw"....)
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- Dressing (see below)
Steps:
- Make dressing (the night before)
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 packages seasoning from ramen noodle packages
- Combine this the night before and refrigerate.
- Combine slaw ingredients, shake dressing well, apply dressing, serve!
