Mom's Ham Loaf

Thanks to Mom (Marilyn Long) for this one. We made it for Christmas, 2017.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sausage, ham, eggs, and milk. Enjoy stomping in this mix barefoot (or else just use your hands). Mix it up into a homogeneous goo....
  2. Add in the bread cubes. When that's all mixed together nicely, put into two loaf pans.
  3. Cook at 325 for 1 and a half hours, then glaze the loaves, and put them back in for another half hour.

Enjoy with Andy and Anna's homemade chutney!
