Marek's "Nectar of the Gods" Hot Sauce

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Remove stems; chop peppers, seeds and all.
  2. Heat all in pot to boiling; simmer 5 minutes (enjoy the aroma of the nectar of the gods). Let cool, then blend in blender.
  3. Refrigerate 3 weeks.
  4. Strain (using cheese cloth or strainer). Makes about 2 1/3 cups.
