Marek's "Nectar of the Gods" Hot Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh red cayenne peppers
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
Steps:
- Remove stems; chop peppers, seeds and all.
- Heat all in pot to boiling; simmer 5 minutes (enjoy the aroma of
the nectar of the gods). Let cool, then blend in blender.
- Refrigerate 3 weeks.
- Strain (using cheese cloth or strainer). Makes about 2 1/3 cups.
