1. Printout Drop-Down Application Form (see page VB 2.64 for model)
2. Printout of Form As Text (Highlight changed properties)
3. Printout of Code used
4. Printout of Outputs display 5 names in combo box (copy to clipboard (Press Alt-Print Screen keys) , paste (Press Ctrl-V keys) into Word or WordPad and print from there) (Use the names and birthdays from my Web Page, click green icon to right.)
5. Include copy of Disk
