Our department relies on a diverse blend of highly educated faculty members who provide coursework in political science, criminal justice, public administration, organizational leadership and international studies.
Our goal is to prepare students for a variety of careers and make them well-informed citizens capable of participating in local, state, national and global affairs.
We have several programs of study available to students, including undergraduate degrees in four subject areas and a Master of Public Administration.
Internships are a vital part of our educational plan. We give students the opportunity to work in the state legislature as well as government agencies, attorney offices, police departments and probation offices.
