This session will introduce participants to the concept of transformative mediation and explain how it can be used not only to resolve workplace conflicts but also to build a more resilient and collaborative workplace culture. Unlike traditional mediation, which relies on a third-party mediator guiding participants toward a specific resolution, transformative mediation delves deeper—inviting participants to address the underlying causes of conflict and empowering individuals to determine the best path forward, fostering the possibility of long-term positive change. Attendees will learn how transformative mediation shifts conflict resolution from a reactive, dispute-focused process to a culture of understanding and empowerment. Through examples and practical insights, this session will explore how integrating transformative mediation principles into the workplace can strengthen labor-management relations, reduce workplace tension, and create a more engaged, productive workforce.
