Haile Ambassadors of the Month

Collin Jarrel Haile College Ambassador

Collin Jarrell

Why did you join Haile Ambassadors?

I joined the Haile Ambassador program to represent the college that I have come to love. When I came to NKU, I did not plan to get super involved on campus, but after experiencing my first Business Week, Career Fair, and classes, I knew I wanted to find a way to better myself and provide examples of how I applied myself to more than just my studies. Haile Ambassadors is a way that any business student looking for an opportunity to get involved on campus can take advantage of.

Which skills are you expecting to sharpen?

I know that this organization will help me to strengthen my leadership, networking, and organizational abilities by continuing to serve the College of Business. I meet people I wouldn’t otherwise meet and build upon the skills that are taught in class. I know this organization will offer many opportunities for me to expand my network and build upon the various skills mentioned above.

How do you think it will benefit you in the future?

Even after graduation, I know that being a Haile Ambassador will prove to be a highlight of my time in school. Not just because of having the title of “Haile Ambassador”, but by gaining the skills, connections, and friends that will serve me far beyond the classroom. Being able to call myself a Haile Ambassador is truly an honor and privilege, and I am excited to be serving the Haile College of Business.
