Why wait until spring semester! Now is the time to get support. 

While NKU is closed winter break between 12/19/2024 – 1/3/2025, we will continue to provide support as student questions arise during the winter break. 

• The Academic Advising Chat Bot is here to assist with FAQs – You can find the Chat Bot in the lower right-hand corner.
• Academic Advising - Each College’s advising center (including the First-Year Student Success Hub and Adult and Transfer Center) has developed a work schedule that includes email coverage/responses throughout the Winter Break. You are encouraged to email your College Advising Center with questions but please know there may be a slight delay in response due to the Holiday schedule and email volume.

• Student Financial Assistance - Email, processing, and main phone line will be staffed from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on 12/20, 12/23, 12/27, 12/30, and 1/3.
• One Stop - Email, processing, and main phone line will be staffed from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on 12/20, 12/23, 12/27, 12/30, and 1/3.
• Registrar - The office email will be monitored Mondays (12/23 and 12/30) and Fridays (12/20, 12/27, and 1/3) from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Student Account Services - The office will be reviewing and responding to emails on 12/19, 12/20, 12/23, 12/26, 12/27, 12/30, 1/2, and 1/3.
• UCAP - Alerts and emails will be monitored throughout the break. FUEL NKU and the Care Closet will be closed but will have away messages directing students to community resources.

All University offices will re-open on January 6th.
