The first installment of the NKU Alumni Professional Development Series, “How to Advance Your Career,” was hosted on Tuesday, Sept. 10. Attendees received practical advice to jump-start their careers with expert advice and personal stories from Dr. Sandra Spataro, professor of management at NKU and Billy Santos ('05), market president at Truist Bank. Dr. Spataro shared five keys to career advancement, and Santos shared his personal story of success climbing the corporate ladder in the banking industry.
