- Reminder: your papers are due Friday. Guide:
- Text: 5-10 pages, double spaced
- At least three sources in your bibliography (preferably at
least one paper source)
- May include the rest in appendices (graphs, charts,
images, additional material, including edited earlier
work submitted to me).
The rules:
- Probability: ratio of interesting events to all events
- Relative Frequency: ratio of successes to totals
- Law of Large Numbers: Relative Frequency tends to probability
- Probability that it won't happen is 1- Probability that it will.
- A look at the birthday problem.
