• In the "when should an airplane start descent" lab, we fit a function and its derivative at two points.
• In the Taylor polynomial lab, we fit a function, its derivative, and its second derivative at a single point (and saw that it provided a good fit even "far" from the point of interest).

• We start in on chapter 4: Applications of Differentiation
