Some asked about very negative $z$-scores (< -3.9). The associated
area (or probability) is also 0.0000, as it is for -3.9. The areas only
decrease across the table, as $z$ moves from right to left.
For very large positive $z$-scores (> 3.9), the associated area
is 1.000: essentially all the area is to the left of those
values of $z$.
