Smart Tags
- Word notifies you of a smart tag by
displaying a smart tag indicator, such as a purple dotted
underline
- Can use smart tags to perform certain actions.
- example1 - actions menu for a date, schedule
a meeting in Outlook Calendar
- example2 - actions menu for an address,
displaying a map of address, or driving directions
- Smart tag indicators inactive:
- click Tools, click AutoCorrect
Options, click Smart Tags tab, place a check
mark in smart tags check box, be sure a check mark is in the
Dates check box

Reveal Formatting

To see a list of formatting that has been
applied to text, select the text, click Format, click
Reveal Formatting to display the Reveal Formatting task pane.

text, click blue link in task pane and then change format
in dialog box that displays.
Creating
a Hyperlink

Alphabetical Works Cited Page
