BARRISTERS BALL

The Student Bar Association will host the Barristers Ball on Sat., Mar. 18, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Newport Aquarium. Tickets are $80 and will be available for purchase from Wed., Feb. 1-Thurs., Mar. 2, via Zelle and from Mon., Feb. 6-Thurs., Mar. 2, in Eble Student Commons. 2023 CLOSING ARGUMENT COMPETITION

The Center for Excellence in Advocacy will sponsor an intra-school Closing Argument competition on Sat., April 1, beginning at 9:00 a.m., in the courtrooms (NH 420 and NH 417). With the exception of students who are currently on the Chase Trial Team, all students are eligible to compete, regardless of class year and regardless of whether you are a day or evening student. 

Students who wish to compete, need to complete a registration form (see your weekly issue of Chase Postings) and email it to Prof. Lewis no later than March 17.
